Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Carvella Rooms, we allocate dedicated time for every treatment to ensure you receive the highest standard of care. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else on our waiting list.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of your booking deposit. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.

We understand that unforeseeable situations happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies.

Contraindications

Post-Treatment General Care Instructions

After your treatment, it’s important to support your skin’s healing process and protect your results. General aftercare guidance includes:

  • Avoid touching or applying makeup to the treated area for at least 12 hours.
  • Stay out of direct sunlight and avoid sunbeds during healing.
  • Use SPF 30+ daily to protect your skin.
  • Avoid heat treatments such as saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, or hot showers during healing
  • Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
  • Keep the area clean and avoid using active skincare ingredients (retinol, AHAs/BHAs, vitamin C) during healing.
  • Drink plenty of water to support hydration and healing.

Specific treatments may have additional instructions, which your practitioner will provide at the end of your session.
